Teams will be accepted on a first come – first serve basis.
An online Team Reservation and a $100 deposit is required to reserve your team’s spot in the tournament. Your deposit will be refunded after the tournament if at least 12 players have registered and your team has participated and NOT forfeited any games in the tournament.
Teams not registered with 12 players by November 1st may forfeit their spot to a team from the waiting list.
Individual Player online registration will open on or before October 15th.
A $10.00 late fee will be assessed for each player registering after November 1st.
All registration will be done online.
When a Team Reservation is received, the team contact will be issued an online account to monitor and administrate the registration process for their team.
Each team MUST have a minimum of 12 players and a maximum of 18. NO ROSTERS OVER 18 PLAYERS!
All teams in the Varsity & JV Divisions may have a MAXIMUM of 3 players not from their school. Teams must use SCHOOL names in the Varsity and JV Division. Teams in the Youth Divisions may have a maximum of 3 players NOT from their spring club. No ALL-STAR or Off-season Club teams permitted. School and Community based teams only.
All HS players MUST play on either JV or Varsity team regardless of age eligibility. This is especially important in the Boys U15 Division. Please respect the rule!!!
Each player will be provided with a numbered game jersey that corresponds to his team’s roster. Teams will be identified by color and official shirts MUST be worn in each game.
Players are responsible for bringing all required equipment. Boys must have a NOCSAE certified helmet, shoulder pads, armpads, gloves, sticks and mouthpiece. Girls must have NOCSAE certified goggles, stick and a mouthpiece.
All teams will play 7 on 7 games (2 attackmen, 2 midfielders, 2 defensemen, 1 goalie).
Championship games will be played in all divisions except 8U, 6U & 1st/2nd.
Each championship team will be provided with up to 18 tournament champion t-shirts.
A Certified Athletic Trainer will be on-site throughout the day.
A full concession stand will be available throughout the day.
